(s) : Mr. Ashutosh Anand No.2, AC to GP-IV ----- 04/ 12.06.2026 Heard the parties. 2. This Contempt case has been filed by the petitioners against non-compliance of order dated 24.09.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No.1861 of 2021. 3. The amount of leave encashment has been paid to the petitioners but the petitioners are disputing the scale in which the same was paid as it is their contention that after clubbing the period, they should have been paid at the last scale drawn, rather their 2026:JHHC:17066 2 payment was made on the scale which they were getting at the time when they were working in the earlier service. 4. Since the leave encashment amount has been paid and the dispute is in respect of the scale, I am of the opinion that no contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped. 6. The petitioners, if so advised, must file a separate writ petition claiming appropriate scale. (ANANDA SEN, J.) 12th June, 2026 Prashant. Cp-2 Uploaded on 17.06.2026
