Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has been posted/transferred under the rationalization policy from one school to another. For the teachers aggrieved against their posting, remedy is BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Date: 2026.02.02 18:23:45 +0530 2 provided under rationalization policy formulated by the State Government to raise their grievance before the District Level Committee, thereafter to Divisional Level Committee and further thereafter to State Level Committee. From the documents annexed along with writ petition, it is reflecting that petitioner has availed two remedies under the rationalization policy and filed representation before the District Level Committee and appeal before the Divisional Level Committee, however, petitioner has not submitted any further appeal before the State Level Committee headed by Director of Public Instruction. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the objection raised by learned State counsel, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal/representation before the State Level Committee headed by Director of Public Instruction. 3. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for parties, this petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit appeal/representation before the State Level Committee and if such appeal is submitted, concerned authority shall decide the appeal to be submitted by petitioner on merits in accordance with law in an objective manner considering all the grounds to be raised by petitioner. 4.
