For Petitioner(s): Mr.G.Babu For Respondent(s): Mr.S.Arumugam Govt Advocate For R1 to R4 ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the Natham Patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent and consequently issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on her representation dated 15.04.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 1 to 4 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation dated 15.04.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in her name by cancelling the Natham patta issued in favour of the fifth respondent, for the subject property, after hearing the objections from the fifth respondent and any other party whom they deem it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
