Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the order dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure P-1), whereby the junior to the petitioner I.e, Respondent No. 6 has been handed over the charge of Assistant District Sport Officer. 10.2 that, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to provide the charge of Assistant District Sport Officer to the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that junior to the petitioner in the gradation list has been given charge of Assistant District Sports Officer, against which petitioner has submitted representation raising his grievance before Respondent no. 3, however, it is pending consideration. Therefore, direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the pending representation at the earliest. 3. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has submitted representation only before Respondent No. 3 and not before Respondent No. 5, who is the authority who issued the order Annexure P-1. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before Respondents No. 4 & 5 and the concerned authorities be directed to take decision on the representation to be submitted at the earliest within specified time frame. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the parties, considering the nature grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition, without entering into merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit fresh representation before Respondents No. 4 & 5 and if such representation is submitted Respondents No. 4 & 5 authorities shall take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
