The petitioner identified himself to be a political worker of a political party on which basis at one point of time he came to be accommodated with an allotment of a Room No. 244 in Hotel Angles, Indranagar, Srinagar, where from he is now being vacated by the Security Authorities who are said to have taken a call to get the accommodation vacated. 02. In addition to said allotment of Room No. 244, the petitioner is also said to be in allotment of Room No. 246 in the same very hotel premises. 03. The petitioner is trying to salvage use and occupation of both hotel rooms on the pretext of security threat and family need. 04. Hotel is not a place for a lodging of a family by a political worker so as to insist for retaining the allotment of a room in a hotel made by the Securities Establishment of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in favour of the political worker which at best can be only for the purpose of facilitating the safety and security given to political worker who otherwise in non-resident of the place but not meant for the purpose of setting of de-facto house-hold. 05. This Court finds no good reason to grant indulgence in the present writ petition at the asking of the petitioner who has come second time after having first earned on order dated 23.12.2025 in WP(C) No. 3181/2025 and getting the same disposed of without adjudication on merits. 06. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed along with connected CM.
