The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of A.C.G.R. Case No. 4533 of 2021 arising out of Patuli Women Police Station Case No. 08 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 under Sections 417/376/406/354/323/509/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas. 2. Accordingly, Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal present in court is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized. 3. It appears that the proceeding in connection with A.C.G.R. Case No. 4533 of 2021 arising out of Patuli Women Police Station Case No. 08 of 2021 dated 12.11.2021 was registered under Sections 417/376/406/354/323/509/ 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently charge-sheet was submitted under Sections 493/494/495/406/354/509/506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2 4. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with a direction that the appellate court being the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas shall make all endeavours to dispose of the said A.C.G.R. case expeditiously, preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order. 5. The revisional application stands disposed of. 6.
