The present revision has been filed by the applicant with following prayer: “ It is therefore prayed that the petition may be allowed and the order impugned passed by the court bellow in Criminal Miscellaneous Judical Case no.91/2024 be modified and the amount of maintenance be granted to applicant /wife in tune of Rs. 20000/- P.M from the Non-applicant, in the interest of justice. ” 2. The Registry has reported that the present revision suffers from various defaults, and it appears that the present revision has filed by the applicant on 20.08.2024, and counsel for the applicant did not take care to remove the defaults as has been pointed out by the Registry, RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 despite the time being granted by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.09.2024. 3. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 4.
