The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-supply of electricity connection to the submersible pump of the petitioner. On behalf of WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they are ready and willing to provide such connection upon compliance with all necessary formalities. In view of the submissions made on behalf of WBSEDCL, WPA 22252 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the WBSEDCL to provide such electricity connection after compliance with all statutory formalities and payment of necessary fees. It is made clear that the above exercise would be completed after completion of the seasonal cultivation and as expeditiously as possible. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
