The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted vide Charge-sheet No.68/2025 dated 28.02.2025 against Amal Sarkar but not against the petitioner i.e. Nabasmita Sarkar. 3. Further, by order dated 14.02.2025, the main accused namely, Amal Sarkar was granted bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge No.2, Nagaon. 4. In view of the above, there remains no apprehension in the mind of the present petitioner regarding arrest in connection in the aforesaid case. 5. Consequently, the present petition become infructuous. 6. The communication of O/C, Rupahihat dated 15.12.2025 be kept as part of the record. 7.
