The said suit has been pending since 2017. 2. Being aggrieved by the non-disposal of the suit for the last nine years, the petitioner has approached this Court for a direction for early disposal of the said suit. 3. A perusal of the docket proceedings filed along with this petition would show that the matter is being adjourned for various reasons. However, the fact remains that the suit has not been disposed of and it would only be appropriate that a direction is given for early disposal of the suit. 4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed, directing the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.23 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible within a period of nine (09) months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. The notice is not being issued to respondents in view of the fact that their interest is not affected in any manner by way of an early disposal of the suit. There shall be no order as to costs.
