Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s):- “10.1 that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay retiral benefits of leave encashment & gratuity to the petitioner, with 12% 2 yearly compound interest from 01.07.2022 to the date of payment to the petitioner, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Assistant Grade-III in the office of Janpad Panchayat Korba. Subsequently, petitioner was promoted on on the post of Assistant Grade-II and stood retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2022. Petitioner was not paid entire retiral dues and some of the dues are still pending due with respondents authorities like leave encashment and gratuity. Petitioner has submitted representation before respondents No.3 and 4 on 29.04.2025, 07.10.2025, which till date is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to the concerned authorities to take decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. Learned State counsel submits that grievance of petitioner is against respondent No.3 and 4 for whom he is not appearing. 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties. 5. Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by petitioner, instead of keeping this petition pending seeking reply from the State I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondents No.3 and 4 to take decision on the claim of petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably 3 within further period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 6.
