By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 281/2023, dated 18.07.2023, lodged at Police Station Anand Vihar, Shahdara, Delhi, under Section 376D/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2. At the very outset, Mr. Karan Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner wishes to withdraw this application, without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court. 3.
