Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of CWP No.776 of 2024, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/ family pension/ gratuity within a time bound manner. ii. The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the Representation (Annexure P-3) of the Petitioner accordance with law within time bound manner.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2026:HHC:10038 By way of CWP No.9884 of 2023, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i. That respondent may kindly be directed to consider the case of petitioner for granting the arrear of revised pension/ family pension/ gratuity within a time bound manner with up to date Interest. ii. The respondents may kindly be directed to Revise the Leave Encashment of the Petitioner on the basis of last pay drawn as now been re-fixed and to make the payment with interest within a time bound manner. iii. The respondents may kindly be directed to consider and decide the Representation (Annexure P-5) of the Petitioner accordance with law within time bound manner.” 2. Learned Counsel for the parties inform the Court that similar matters are pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Division Bench by way of CWP No. 8504 of 2025, titled as Madhu Deshta and others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others and connected matters and the same are listed before Hon’ble Division Bench on 16.03.2026. 3. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of with the direction that the adjudication by Hon’ble Division Bench in above matter shall be binding upon the parties herein and the parties shall abide by the final outcome thereof.
