The Petitioner was allotted land by Delhi Development Authority1 pursuant to the recommendation issued by the Land & Building Department in respect of his claim for allotment of an alternative plot. 2. It is stated that, for completion of the formalities pursuant to the allotment and for issuance of the demand letter, the DDA requires the file bearing No. F.32(55)/58/92-94/L&B/Alt. Upon completion of the aforesaid exercise, the Respondents shall process the Petitioner’s case in accordance with law and issue the demand letter in respect of the plot allotted to him, measuring 125.630 sq. mtrs., being Plot No. 6, Sector A-10, Pocket-8, Block-C, Narela, Delhi. 5.
