Learned State counsel, on instructions and while referring to the status report, submits that as per paragraph No. 11 thereof, a request letter has already been sent to respondent No. 3 for defreezing the bank account of the petitioner, which had been erroneously frozen by Inspector Amar Singh. 3. In view of the statement made by learned State counsel and the fact that necessary directions for defreezing the bank account have already been issued by respondent No. 2 to respondent No. 3, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
