The petitioner had submitted his representation on 05.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent. Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 3 to 5, notice to respondents 3 to 5 is dispensed with by this Court. 4.No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the said authority is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the respondents 3 to 5 as well as any other party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the respondents 3 to 5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 10891 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 and also to any other party, whom the first respondent deems it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the first respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the first respondent, the second respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
