Counsel for the petitioner submits that after conducting the investigation the charge-sheet has been filed on 25.01.2026 and no more recovery is required to be made and there are no previous criminal antecedents and the petitioner is behind the bars since 30.11.2025. In view thereof, the accused-petitioner is also entitled to be enlarged on bail by this Court. 4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail application. [2026:RJ-JP:5535] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-2050/2026] 5. This Court has considered the fact that the allegation is in respect of sum of Rs.23,000/- relating to a vehicle transaction carried out through online mode. There are no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been filed and trial of the case will take sufficiently long time. This Court deems it just and proper to grant bail to the accused-petitioner under Section 483 B.N.S.S. It is observed that if the petitioner is found involved in any other case of similar nature within a period of two years from the date of passing of this order, then the learned Public Prosecutor is directed to file an application for cancellation of this bail application. 6. Accordingly, the second bail application filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner - Aasim Urf Aasam S/o Shri Jumma be released on bail in connection with FIR No.588/2025 dated 30.11.2025 registered with Police Station Sadar Alwar, District Alwar, provided he executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court for his appearance before that Court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial. The applicants are further directed not to take undue advantage of liberty or misuse liberty. It is made clear that the observation as made by this Court in the bail application will not affect the trial of the case. (RAVI CHIRANIA),J Ravi Khandelwal - 10
