The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mirzachouki P.S. Case No.23 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 351(2), 352 of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M. at Sahibganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties. He further submits that the injury is found to be simple. He then submits that the informant has entered into the house of the petitioner and molested his wife and for that, the petitioner’s wife has lodged a case against the informant and in view of that, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that there are case and counter case and injury is found to be simple and that has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. at Sahibganj in connection with Mirzachouki P.S.
