Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that with a view to run an outlet under the name and style of “M/S Fast Food”, a tea stall at Abikarpora, Dal Lake, Srinagar, he has already approached the respondent-authorities for grant of the requisite licence. He submits that the petitioner has made a detailed representation on 15.06.2026, but the respondents have not taken any decision as yet. 5. Having regard to the nature of the controversy involved and the relief prayed for, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for issuance of the requisite licence in accordance with the rules, provided he has submitted a formal application conforming to the requirements of law. Let a decision on the application, if any, filed by the petitioner for grant of permission/licence for running the tea stall be decided strictly within the purview of law within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is served upon the respondents. 6.
