directed to decide representation made by the petitioner on 22/01/2026. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to grant such other relief(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice and fair play.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been promoted vide order dated 19.01.2026 from the post of Teacher (L.B.) to Headmaster (E Cadre) and was posted in Government Middle School Gopalbhawana District Kawardha. She further submits that according to the circular issued by the State Government, posting is to be made after counseling. Further counseling is not being started and petitioner has already submitted his representation before the Joint Direction i.e. Respondent No.3, therefore, direction may be be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on the representation at the earliest.
3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to decide the representation to be submitted by petitioner, at this stage, he is having no objection.

4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record.

Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of directing the concerned authority to take decision on pending representation of the petitioner (Annexure P/3) in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with aforesaid observation and direction. Certified copy as per rules. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Saxena
