The Insurance Company/applicant has filed this application with prayer for stay of the judgment and award dated 11.06.2026, passed by the learned Member, MACT No.2, Kamrup(M), Guwahati in connection with MAC Case No.1506/2019. It is submitted that the owner of the vehicle is also one of the claimants and the compensation has been awarded to the owner of the vehicle, which is barred by law.
