Smt.Anusha Nandish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had constructed the residential house in the year 2012. The petitioner submitted representation for regularization of the house so constructed. The representation not having met its consideration, has preferred this petition before this Court. 3. Sri Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for the respondents – BDA submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would be - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7299-DB WP No. 26348 of 2025 considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 06.05.2025, which has acknowledgment bearing No.447540 dated 06.05.2025, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. c. Till the consideration of the representation happens, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, qua the properties of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
