This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode). 2. This I.A has been filed by learned counsel for the Petitioners seeking modification of order dated 04.05.2026. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in order dated 04.05.2026, it was mentioned that in the event the Petitioners are having any criminal antecedent, the order dated 04.05.2026 shall not be given effect to. He further submitted that after the verification, it was known that the Petitioner No.1 is having one criminal antecedent, therefore, the Petitioner No.1 could not take advantage of order dated 04.05.2026. Therefore, it was submitted that the order dated 04.05.2026 be modified. 4. Considering the submission, the order dated 04.05.2026 Page 2 of 2. stands modified to the extent that in the event it is found that the Petitioner No.1 is having more than one criminal antecedent, then this order shall not be given effect to. Rest part of the conditions imposed in order dated 04.05.2026 shall remain intact. 5. In view of the aforesaid modification, the Petitioner No.1 is subject to depositing a cash security of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousands) before the learned Court in seisin over the matter, which shall be kept in any Nationalized bank in interest bearing account initially for a period of one year which will be renewable from time to time till conclusion of trial and the same shall be abide by the final outcome of the trial of the case. 6. In view of such modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioner No.1 before the Court below is extended to another four weeks from today subject to depositing cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) in the Advocates’ Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 7. It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the Petitioner No.1 to surrender shall stand revoked automatically. 8.
