At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents No.1 to 3 have restored the electricity supply in flat of the petitioner and no further grievance remains at this juncture, therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents would support the aforesaid submission and stated that electricity connection has been reconnected. 4.
