This appeal is directed against the order dated 22.04.2026 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 634 of 2026 arising out of Sonari P. S. Case No. 108 of 2025 corresponding to NDPS Case No. 75 of 2025 by the learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Jamshedpur whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that house of one Lakhindar Sardar was searched and one countrymade pistol along with 2 live cartridges, 1400 gm. of Ganja, mobiles and cash of Rs. 2,17,500/- were recovered. On the basis of such information, a raid was conducted in a godown where some machines relating to manufacturing of illegal arms were recovered. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant has been implicated only on account of the fact that he is the brother of Lakhindar Sardar and Sameer Sardar. It has further been submitted that the godown from where some machines for manufacturing of arms were recovered belongs to Sameer Sardar. He has also submitted that Lakhindar Sardar has been granted bail by this court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 593 of 2026. Learned counsel adds that the appellant is in custody since 30.08.2025. -2- Learned Special P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. Regard being had to the above, we while setting aside the order dated 22.04.2026 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 634 of 2026 by the learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Jamshedpur, direct that the appellant above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Jamshedpur in connection with Sonari P.
