2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 303(3), 75(2), 76, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 17.06.2025 at about 5 PM, all the named accused persons entered the house of informant, armed with lathi, danda, farsa, iron rod, tangi, dab. On the order of co- accused Kapildeo Bhagat, this petitioner along with co-accused Ravindra Bhagat repeatedly assaulted on the head of the son of informant with farsa.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21139 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 of assault is general and omnibus. F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of about three days which itself raises doubt over veracity of the prosecution case. Case and counter case. Police after investigation submitted final form against petitioner and others. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation, clean antecedent and other facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya P. S. Case No. 294 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
