Order on Board 30/01/2026
1.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 prays for time to file reply.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and is only seeking a direction to respondent to take decision on the claim of petitioner for reinstatement after acquittal from criminal charges by the competent Court of jurisdiction . He contended that based on application submitted by petitioner before respondent No.3 claim of petitioner was forwarded to respondent No.2 which is reflecting from Annexure P-10. However, till date, claim of petitioner is not finalized and therefore a direction be issued to concerned respondent to take decision on claim of petitioner for reinstatement at the earliest.

4. Considering submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition at this stage is
disposed of directing respondent authorities to take decision on pending claim of petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Praveen
