The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sahibganj(M) P.S. Case No.08/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 308(3), 336(2), 336(3), 339, 351(2), 356(3), 49, 61(2)(a) and 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Sahebganj. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he has instigated the villagers to object against NHAI for having higher amount of compensation. He next submits that apart from that, there is no allegation against him. He also submits that the petitioner happened to be an employee of Almondz Global Infra Consultant Limited and the said company is providing detailed project report on instruction of NHAI. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of instigating the villagers of doing objection. 5. Considering that only allegation is made against the petitioner of ( 2026:JHHC:17241 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 3066 of 2026 instigating the villagers for having higher amount of compensation and apart from that, there is no allegation against the petitoner and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sahebganj in connection with Sahibganj(M) P.S. Case No.08/2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 15th June, 2026 Ajay/
