By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondents to decide the petition of the petitioner seeking permission from the respondents for repair of his house bearing Kh. No. 487, measuring 80 square yards, 40X18, situated in the revenue estate of village Peera Garhi, Delhi, being dilapidated condition in rainy season. 4. Issue notice.
