Jethy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. G. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for State- Opposite Parties and Mr. P. Behera, learned counsel for the Transport Authorities. 2. Considering the prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission permitting the Petitioner to submit his grievance before the Collector, Angul (Opposite Party No.3) by giving a written representation within a period of fifteen days from today and in such event, Opposite Party No.3 shall consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of written representation of the Petitioner along with certified copy of this order and a copy of the writ petition. 3.
