The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records in relation to the issuance of impugned order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P/1), impugned transfer order dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P/2) and impugned relieving order dated 16.12.2025 (Annexure P/3) from possession of the concerned respondents, for its kind perusal. 10.2 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P/1) issued by Respondent No. 4 Transfer Committee vide which the Representation preferred by the petitioner seeking recall/cancellation of the impugned transfer order dated 07.07.2025 has been rejected by Respondent No. 4. 10.3 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for quashing/setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 07.07.2025 (Annexure P/2). 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for quashing/setting aside the impugned relieving order dated 16.12.2025 (Annexure P/3). 10.5 This Hon'ble Court may further kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) for directing the Respondent Authorities particularly Respondent No. 1 and 2 to take decision on the recommendation order dated 29.09.2025 (Annexure P/18) issued by Respondent No. 3 recommending the petitioner to be posted in the present place of posting only i.e., Indira Gandhi Government PG College, Vaishali Nagar, Bhilai, District Durg, Chhattisgarh, within stipulated time frame, in the interest of justice; 10.6 That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant such other relief(s) in favour of the petitioner, as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice; 10.7 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner;” 2.
