The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus/certiorari or of like nature to quash the Final Order dated 28.11.2023 rejecting the representation dated 21.09.2023 (Annexure P/1). Passed by Respondent No. 2, Sub- Area Manager Rajgamar Colliery Korba (C.G.) & consequently, order of Transfer of Petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may cancel the order Order No. SECL/SAM/RAJ/Trans/2023/181 dated 23.05.2023 (Annexure P/2) passed by Respondent 2 No. 2 Sub – Area Manager Rajgamar Colliery Korba (C.G.) transferring the petitioner. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deemed fit and proper be also granted to the petitioner along with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that according to his instructions, after filing of this writ petition, pursuant to the order passed by this Court in another writ petition bearing WP (S) No. 2187/2024, petitioner has joined the transferred place of posting on 13.04.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submissions made by counsel for the respondents, he is having instructions to withdraw this writ petition. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Certified copy as per rules.
