This appeal is directed against the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 140 of 2026 arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that two unknown miscreants had come to the shop of the son of the informant and sprayed him with bullets, which resulted in his death. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the appellant that he has been implicated on the disclosure statement of Pankaj Kumar Mandal who has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 1448 of 2025. 5. Learned counsel submits that the appellant is in custody since 22.04.2026. Learned counsel further adds that no incriminating materials have been recovered from the possession of the appellant. 6. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 7. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant and the fact that the person on whose confession the name of the appellant has figured has been granted bail as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 07.05.2026 passed in B.P. No. 140 of 2026 arising out of Sahibganj (T) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Sahibganj direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like ( 2026:JHHC:17020-DB ) 2 amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (T) P.S.
