No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. 2. The Office report indicates that the order dated 03.02.2025 passed by this Court has not been complied with and no steps have been taken for filing the P.F., Notice, Paper Book and Registry Charges of unserved respondents. 3. In spite of passing of more than a year of the aforesaid order, it has not been complied with. This appeal is lying pending [2026:RJ-JP:5224] (2 of 2) [CMA-541/2008] before this Court since 2008, i.e., more than 17 years have passed thereafter. 4. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting this matter and he has lost interest in pursuing this matter. 5. In view of the above, the misc. appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 6.
