Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “1. To kindly direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner or to consider his case for regularization. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was appointed on the post of Peon as daily wage employee on 01.09.2008 and since then he is continuously working on the said post in which he was appointed. He submits that petitioner was appointed on the vacant post as is reflecting from Annexure P-1. He submits that State Government vide order dated 08.03.2019 has constituted the committee for evaluating claim of daily wage employees/temporary employees working in different departments for their claim of regularization. Pursuant to order dated 08.03.2019 Superintendent of Naveen Balak Chatrawas, Metapal, District Dantewada has forwarded the details of the petitioner in prescribed format on 18.08.2022, however till date no decision has been taken. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that according to pleadings made and documents enclosed in writ petition it appears that pursuant to same order of State Government the Hostel Superintendent has forwarded the details of petitioner. He also submits that he will file reply to writ petition. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and also perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 5. It is the claim of petitioner that petitioner was appointed on post of Peon as daily wage employee on vacant post as is reflecting from Annexure P-1 on 01.09.2008 and since last about 17 years petitioner is continuously working on the said post. From the order dated 08.03.2019 it also appears that State Govt. considering the similar 3 grievance of petitioner as raised by group of daily wage employees on their representation has constituted a committee to consider claim of daily wage employee for their regularization. Document Annexure P-6 would show that Hostel Superintendent has forwarded the details of petitioner in lieu of order dated 08.03.2019. 6. It is the claim of petitioner that since 2022 no further decision has been taken and there is no further progress in the proceedings initiated by State Government for considering the claim of daily wage employees for regularization. 7. In the aforementioned facts of the case, as also the order of State Government dated 08.03.2019 constituting committee to consider claim of daily wage employee for regularization, the claim of petitioner is still pending consideration. I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit fresh and comprehensive representation before respondent no. 1 to 3 enclosing all the relevant documents and in the event petitioner submits fresh representation it shall be considered, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation, keeping in mind the order passed by State Govt. dated 08.03.2019. 8.
