By the order dated 10.09.2026, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State was instructed to get the instruction from the Boginadi Police Station as to Page No.# 2/2 whether any case has been registered against the petitioner and now when the matter is called up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed an instruction dated 14.09.2026 furnished by the In-Charge of Chauldhowa Outpost wherein it was stated inter alia that no case has been registered against the petitioner namely Bhabit Saikia. As such, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed. The interim order dated 10.09.2026 also stands vacated. The present Anticipatory Bail Application is closed and the report furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is kept as a part of the record. Petition is disposed of.
