Having regard to the directions passed therein, for the purposes of progress of the trial, the same time schedule would apply to the present petitioner Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is Rejected at this stage with the aforesaid directions passed in CRM (NDPS) 1275 of 2025 on 19.12.2025. Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 1589 of 2025 is dismissed. It has been informed on behalf of the State that the presiding officer of the trial court is not available. The learned court in charge of the said Special Court/trial court 2 would continue with the trial in the mode and manner as has been directed in the order dated 19.12.2025 in CRM (NDPS) 1275 of 2025. State would communicate this order through the learned Public Prosecutor to both the learned District and Sessions Judge, Murshidabad as well as the learned Special Court concerned. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta.
