By this appeal, the appellant/State assails the judgment and award dated 20.6.2015 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ahmednagar in LAR No. 93/2011, which arises out of project initiated for by-pass road of Ahmednagar. 3. The learned AGP submits that this court already decided the appeals filed by the original claimants arising out of the same project. 4. In view of the submission made above, the first appeal filed by the acquiring body cannot be considered on merits. Hence, the same is dismissed. Civil application, if any, also stands disposed of.
