Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/ order, thereby directing the respondent authorities to grant proper seniority to the petitioner in the final gradation list of Lecturer as stood on 01.04.2024, on the basis of promotion of petitioner on the post of promotionvide order dated 02.12.2014 and joining dated 08.12.2014, within stipulated time. 10.2. That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, while working on the post of Headmaster, was promoted to the post of Lecturer vide order dated 02.12.2014, and the said order of promotion was duly entered in the service record of the petitioner. However, the petitioner has again been shown as promoted on 29.09.2018. Consequently, in the gradation list, the seniority of the petitioner has been erroneously fixed in the gradation list as on 01.04.2024.He further submits that the petitioner has not submitted any representation in this regard 3 before the concerned authority; therefore, at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit a comprehensive representation raising all the grievances as raised in the writ petition, and a direction may be issued to the concerned authority, i.e., respondent Nos. 3 and 4, to consider and decide the representation at the earliest, within a specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without entering into the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit comprehensive representation before the respondents No.3 & 4 and if such a representation is submitted, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on representation to be submitted by petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of submission of representation. 5.
