Petitioner has challenged the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the Chief Manager and Disciplinary Authority, CBS Depot, Jaipur, whereby pursuant to disciplinary proceedings, penalty of withholding one grade increment without cumulative effect as well as treating the period mentioned in the order as leave without pay has been imposed. 2. The aforesaid order is appealable under the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation Employee and Workshop Standings Orders, 1965. 3. In view of availability of alternate efficacious remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority, this writ petition is [2026:RJ-JP:7367] (2 of 2) [CW-2857/2026] dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Appellate Authority. In case, the appeal is filed within a period of 15 days from today, the same shall be considered within limitation and decided on merits by the Appellate Authority. 4.
