When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner’s application was rejected on 05.08.2024 and the amount was also refunded on 06.09.2024 and hence nothing survives in the present writ petition. 3. Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
