At this stage before this Court irrespective of the prayer made in the writ petition, the petitioners prays that the application filed under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Authority Act, 1956 be disposed of by the Authority. It is the grievance of the petitioners that the compensation which was assessed was on the lower side and in case of similarly situated land loosers, compensation amount has been enhanced in an award and thus, the petitioners should get the same benefit, for which, the petitioners have approached the respondent No.4 in terms of Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Authority Act, 1956. 3. Without entering into the merits of the petition filed by the petitioners or the merits of the case of the petitioners, since the matter is pending before the respondent No.4, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent No.4 within four weeks, who will dispose of the representation of the petitioners preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
