This Court by an interim order dated 16.03.2020 directed to maintain status quo in respect of posting of the petitioner and now more than five years have been passed and the interim order continued in favour of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the 3 impugned order of attachment dated 07.11.2019 is hereby set aside.
