Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no commercial kitchen at the subject premises and only prasad is being prepared for the devotees, who are neighbours of the petitioner, on a non- chargeable basis. 4. Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent/BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (‘BRPL’), on advance notice and submits that the petitioner has challenged the provisional assessment order dated 11th August, 2025. Subsequently, a final assessment order has been passed on 23rd February, 2026, after giving a personal hearing to the petitioner. 5. He further submits that the petitioner has a remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable. 6. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was not aware of the final assessment order and has not been supplied a copy by the respondent/BRPL. 6.1.
