The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No.87 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned A.C.J.M., Chatra. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that so far as the petitioner is concerned, there are general and omnibus allegation against him. He further submits that the allegation of firing is there against one Subodh Singh, who has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. No.1124 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault and in view of that, the prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. From the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the allegation of firing is there against Subodh Singh and he has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid A.B.A. and no allegation is there against this petitioner and in the attending facts and circumstances of ( 2026:JHHC:17227 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 3062 of 2026 the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Chatra in connection with Itkhori P.S. Case No.87 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 15th June, 2026 Ajay/
