Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the representations of the petitioners are still pending before the respondents, which have not yet been disposed of. 3. Further, it has been submitted that the pension of the petitioners has been finalized but without considering the past services of the petitioners, which is in contravention of Annexure-2. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that if the petitioners file fresh representations before the respondent No.-1 the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Jharkhand, their case will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the relief, the same will be extended to the petitioners. 5. Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioners to file fresh representations annexing all the documents, before the -1- respondent No.1-the Secretary, Transport Department, Government of Jharkhand within four weeks. 6. On receipt of such representation, the respondent No.1 will consider the representation(s) of the petitioners and pass a reasoned order within six weeks. 7. If the petitioners are found entitled for any benefit, the same should be extended to them within two weeks thereafter. 8. If any part of the claim/ representation is rejected for any reason, a detailed speaking order should be communicated to the petitioners. 9.
