Petitioners claim that portion of the property to the extent of two decimals in Plot No. 197, J.L. No. 204, Mouza – Murrah, P.S. Bankura has been utilized by the municipal authority for constructing a road. The petitioners have, however, failed to disclose any L.R. Record of Rights or any other document to establish that the petitioners are the owner in respect of the plot in question. 3. In absence of such disclosure this Court is unable to grant any relief to the petitioners. 4. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. 5. Dismissal of the writ petition shall not stand in the way of the writ petitioners in establishing its right in respect of the aforesaid plot in accordance with law, if so advised.
