The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 266 of 2025 registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109(1), 132, 333, 324(5), 352 of the BNS, and under section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault upon the informant against the petitioners. He next submits that one Nitish Pandit @ Nithish Kumar who is one of the accused has also been beaten by the informant for that Nitish Pandit has made complaint before the police however the F.I.R has not been registered as the informant is a police officer. He next submits that Nitish Pandit @ Nithish Kumar has also received injury and the co-accused Nitish Pandit @ Nithish Kumar along with other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 7104 of 2025. He submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the ( 2026:JHHC:17171 ) petition. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of making unlawful assembly and create alteration with the informant. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R it transpires that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and in identical situation co- accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 18 of the petition. 6. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S.
