No. 2947 of 2024 which got dismissed for default due to non compliance of peremptory order dated 28.10.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner (appellant therein) submits that appellant’s counsel right leg got fractured due to an accident therefore requisites could not be filed within time. 4. The peremptory order was to be complied by 16.11.2024 but the petitioner-appellant failed to comply the same. Even, Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30989 of 2026(2) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 restoration application has been filed after two years. 5. Accordingly, I do not find any reason to allow this application.
