The present writ petitions have been filed challenging the communication issued by respondent no.1/Union of India dated 11th August, 2026 whereby the respondent no.2/Federation of Indian Export Organisations (‘FIEO’) has been directed to conclude elections of the Managing Committee by 30th September, 2026. 2. The writ petitions also challenge the communication dated 12th August, 2026 issued by respondent no.3/President, FIEO and the election schedule dated 14th August, 2026 issued by respondent no.4/Returning Officer, FIEO. 3. After some hearing, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr. Sachin Puri and Mr. Ankur Mittal on instructions, seek to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to apply to the respondent no.4/Returning Officer, FIEO. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5. Pending applications stand disposed of.
